Sarah Fleming, Podiatrist
Qualification & Education
Sarah is a fully qualified Podiatrist from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She is a current member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists of Ireland and is certified in Lower Limb Acupuncture. During her undergraduate degree, she gained invaluable experience in biomechanics and musculoskeletal problems affecting the lower limb. She also gained experience in routine podiatry care, podopaediatrics, diabetes care and nail surgery.
Sarah has gained postgraduate experience working within HSE and private health care settings in Mayo, Galway, Limerick and Kerry.
She has experience in various specialist clinics including; routine podiatry, musculoskeletal, sports, podopaediatrics, diabetes, rheumatology, vascular and neurology, complex wound care and nail surgery. She has extensive training in the foot and related structures and can treat a wide range of nail and skin pathologies as well as lower limb pain and discomfort.
Sarah likes to keep up to date with new and changing knowledge and clinical skills by attending additional training courses and conferences. This allows her to offer the best treatment plans to meet the needs of each case that presents in clinic. Sarah is very passionate about her career in Podiatry and is committed to providing the best foot care for her patients.
